Job Description:

Responsibilities

---Preparing valuation, economic, and other analyses to support engagements. This work

may include directing and overseeing analysts and staff and reviewing their work.

---Communicating with clients and their professional advisors throughout the engagement

under the direction of a senior member of the BVI team. This communication will be

through written reports and presentations.

---Maintain high levels of service for existing clients to ensure continued strong

relationships.

Required Skills

---Extensive knowledge of economics, accounting, or valuation theory

---Ability to communicate with business owners and professional advisors to ensure

delivery of exceptional client service

---Ability to develop business or ability to learn to develop business

---Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects

---Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

---Ability to perform excellent work and withstand intense scrutiny of work product

---Strong critical thinking skills

---Possess entrepreneurial ability

---Ability to work in an incentive based environment

---Exceptional oral and writing skills

Credentials

---Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

---Minimum five years of experience.

---Professional designations a plus, such as: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified

Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified in Financial Forensics

(CFF), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or other similar

designations.

---Small firm experience a plus.

Salary

---Commensurate with skills, experience, and performance.
