This client is a Fortune 500 company with Great potential for growth and Professional development. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage the performance, quality, and safety of all associates on the assigned lines
• Responsible for reporting out efficiencies, line targets, and production numbers to the manager at the end of every shift
• Constantly look for ways to improve the process
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse departments throughout the entire production process Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Lean Six sigma experience
  • 2+ years of production supervisory experience
  • Food, Plastics, Packaging, Consumer Packaged Goods, or related industry experience
