Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) technician to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the comfort, efficiency, and safety of our clients' HVAC systems.Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting electrical connections, to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Handle refrigerant properly, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs, provide recommendations, and offer cost estimates for installation, repair, or maintenance services.
• Install and configure HVAC control systems, including thermostats, programmable controllers, and remote monitoring devices.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service reports.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Comply with safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with clients, providing excellent service and addressing their concerns.Requirements:
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification in accordance with local and state regulations.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a track record of successfully completing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting techniques, electrical circuits, refrigeration principles, and control systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and diagnose issues accurately.
• Proficient use of HVAC tools, equipment, and instruments required for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
