A strong emphasis should be placed on marketing and leasing of the community in order to ensure that an acceptable rental occupancy level is maintained.JOB REQUIREMENTSMust be detail-oriented, with great written and oral communication skills, as well as strong marketing, leasing and sales experienceAccomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents, vendors and co-workersStrong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications quicklyWorking knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.Must be punctual, self-motivated, and have the ability to resolve issues effectivelyMust have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.Drug test and background check required.BENEFITSAt SPM, our employees are just as important to us as our residents.
