Process Analytics Associate

Job Summary:

Manages multiple projects in a fast paced, high demand environment and utilizes problem solving tools and methodologies to drive process improvement opportunities in the Receivables Management department.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

? Manage multiple projects in fast paced, high demand environment.

? Use problem solving tools and methodologies to drive process improvement opportunities.

? Use computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktop publishing, word processing, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data.

? Prepare and present complex and detailed statistical reports.

? Work with leadership team to streamline processes related to data collection and data retrieval.

? Interact and communicate with department management and clerical staff on various analysis/technical issues; and respond to requests for various information and statistical reports.

? Interact with Business Systems to coordinate support of key Receivables Management processes

? Assist in coordinating training and end-user support for all Receivables Management processes.

? Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

? Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited institution required

? 3 or more years of experience required in Process Improvement, Information Technology, Customer Billing and Collections, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing

Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:

? Associates degree from an accredited institution required

? 5 or more years of experience required in Process Improvement, Information Technology, Customer Billing and Collections, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are preferred:

? Masters degree from an accredited institution

? Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration

? 1 or more years of supervisory experience in Process Improvement, Information Technology, Computer Science, Customer Billing and Collections, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing

? Certifications/Licenses: Lean or Six Sigma certifications

Knowledge and Skills:

? Analyzing and problem solving skills

? Superior execution skills with attention to detail and focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines

? Experience in complex financial analysis and ability to infer relevant business applications

? Ability to plan for projects and initiatives by identifying risks and assumptions

? Process management skills
