Managed Service Operations Analyst at FIS, you will manage trade
clearance and allocations, working closely with various exchanges
and clearing brokers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure
a seamless financial operations process from front to back.What you
will be doing: As a Managed Service Operations Analyst you will
work with various exchanges and clearing brokers on trade clearance
and allocations and communicate with other operational teams to
resolve and settle margins and cash breaks. You will also start to
form partnerships with sales, trading, CSRs, and operations to
ensure a smooth clearing process from front to back. Handle trade
clearance and allocation in coordination with exchanges and
clearing brokers Communicate and resolve issues related to margins
and cash breaks with other operational teams Establish and maintain
strong partnerships with sales, trading, customer service
representatives, and operations to ensure a seamless clearing
process Perform end-of-day checks to verify the accuracy of trade
and position reporting Develop and maintain excellent relationships
with both internal and external clients Calculate profit and loss
(PnL) and unrealized PnL to address trade and position
discrepancies Gain a basic understanding of OTC cleared products
and become acquainted with regulatory requirements concerning
client margining and trade allocations Monitor critical trading
dates and lifecycle events to ensure compliance with regulatory
standards Coordinate and communicate on technical issues involving
client services, trade management, IT, business change, and
external clients to ensure strategic and robust trade flowsWhat you
bring: The ability to work 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, 4 days a week
Capability to multitask effectively, especially in a high-pressure,
time-sensitive environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications Excellent communication skills, suitable for frequent
client interactions Strong organizational skills and ability to
