It combines traditional analysis with the ability to translate the data into impactful presentations using common data visualization tools and techniques. Typically, an individual contributor, operating in a analyst capacity in direct collaboration with key stakeholders that reside within the functions/lines-of-business. This job also recommends improvements to the existing systems and processes.

• Participate in execution of department or functional strategy: develop approaches and/or processes to accomplish goal
• In an Individual contributor role functions as a key contributor with demonstrated knowledge of area of specialization as well as broader function knowledge
• Manage activities, monitor details, and priorities
• Reviews root cause analysis and provides necessary resolution
• Escalate Issues and risks appropriately, collaborate with Key Stakeholders for resolution and recurrence prevention
• Identifies, documents, and shares best practices with team and partnersQualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the Mortgage Originations Industry
  • 5+ years of experience with Encompass
  • 2+ years of experience within an analyst role is preferred
  • Experience with Excel is required.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences of varying levels of expertise Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
