Coordinate communication with internal and external customers on rental fleet activities and track equipment availability, while ensuring completion and tracking of rental documents. Coordinate the transport of the rental equipment to and from customer locations.Come be a part of our Toyota family!*Top of the Line Benefits!!** 401(k) with company matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision Insurance* PTO and Vacation* Paid Holidays* Flexible Spending Account* Life Insurance* Tuition Reimbursement*What were looking for:** Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities* Customer service oriented with great phone skills.* Superior attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to multi-task* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.* Proficient in Microsoft Office* Apply the qualities of a positive attitude and flexibility in dealing with change.* Familiar with order entry software preferred.* Previous industrial equipment rental experience is highly desirable.* Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus*Education and Certification Needed:** High school graduate with college courses in business administration preferred.*What youll Do:** Provides customers with support of all activities throughout the entire forklift and equipment rental process and ensures customer satisfaction.* Coordinates with appropriate internal contacts for the successful completion of equipment rental transactions.* Assists in determining and communicating customer needs to internal contacts, sending out quotes for requested services and prepares approved rental agreements.* Coordinate the transport of the rental equipment to and from customer locations at the beginning and end of rental agreements by consulting the transportation dispatch board and gaining approval through appropriate internal stakeholders.* Maintains records of signed rental agreements and coordinates billing process.* Audit ongoing customer invoices weekly ensuring we are still billing on in-term rental agreements and notifying internal accounting team if a contract is ending or called off.* Coordinates new customer credit approval by providing form and forwarding to accounting team once customer completes for analysis.* Track and reconcile available equipment and serial numbers within branches documenting physical locations with the goal of understanding what is available, where its located and if it is ready to be rented (necessary maintenance completed etc.).* Coordinate with shop associates regarding repair status and availability of equipment.* Support sales staff with updates on rental agreement progress.* Assist with continuous improvement efforts and tracking for department functions.* Maintain adequate product knowledge of equipment and services to provide information on SSMH product lines, discovering the needs and aiding in offering solutions to our customers.* Alert and communicate with customers who are not compliant with contracted agreements including full or periodic maintenance services.* Provide support for customer management as it relates to reporting, the status of fleet equipment, and invoice inquiries.* Meet and communicate daily with SSMH management and other internal customers regarding the Rental Fleet Account.* Provide exceptional and professional customer service to support internal and external customer needs.* Occasionally assists with moving items around within the branch; staging items for delivery such as equipment (forklifts etc.), equipment attachments and batteries on pallets.* Occasionally operate a forklift.* Mon-Fri 8am 5pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid orientation* Paid time off* Parental leave* Referral program* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble
