About the jobAt Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Inventory/Accounts Payable based in Jacksonville Florida! This position is responsible for all Accounts Payable Operations including processes associated with invoice entry, from receipt of requests for payment through invoice posting utilizing PO's or direct FI posting, vendor maintenance and reconciliation, internal and external communication. Assist with discrepancy resolution, daily payment runs and other reports and special projects as needed.About youCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance2 years post-college experience in Manufacturing-based financial analysis (preferred)SAP (FI, CO, MM modules) proficiencyStrong Excel (report formatting with automation/macros, data mining, functions)Strong analytical and interpersonal support skills (Data driven and team engager)Learning agility / comfortable in a fast-paced and highly flexible environmentStrong organizer who can handle constant interruption while keeping eyes on targetAbility to quickly summarize data and capture quickly changing assumptionsExperience in Dairy and/or Food manufacturing environment a plusSkill set in understanding Union Labor constraints, Impact of scheduling on Cost a plusSelf-motivation and desire to progress to higher, more demanding roles within Finance
