Join our team and become part of a culture dedicated to excellence and innovation!Position Summary: As a Commercial Installation Technician at SafeTouch Security, you'll complete installations for video surveillance, access control systems, and virtual security guard applications.Responsibilities:Install cabling in neatly and in accordance with all codes and standardsInstall & configure security devicesFollow all safety guidelinesAssist with installations and upgrades.Participate in an on-call rotation.Perform limited travel as needed.Accurately complete required paperwork.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintain accurate inventory for service vehicles.Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.Experience installing electronic security, low voltage or electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic networking skills.Ability to pass drug screening and background requirements.Valid driver's license and insurance-approved driving record. Maintain less than 3 points on fleet driving policy. Physical Requirements:Lift 25 pounds occasionally.Work on a ladder up to 20'.Work outside.Perform all other physical tasks associated with the job.
