Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Business AdministrationJob DescriptionFIS Management Services, LLC seeks System Support Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to provide 2 24x7 systems support for assigned production-related systems. Provide 24x7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems. Develop and execute scripts, utilities, and associated test plans. Modify data that is not updateable via user interface. Conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed. Interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems. Analyze problems, documents, and communicate resolution and conduct follow ups. Escalate problems to appropriate teams when necessary. Assist in documenting current policies and procedures. Represent team on cross-functional teams for production, support, and development activities. Perform specialty production processing. Learn, understand, implement, and utilize SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and security regulations. Perform monthly and quarterly SOX testing. Interact with internal departments to deliver solutions. Interpret and present data and conclusions to management as needed. Improve methodologies used in the job.---- REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: providing technical support in a software production environment, including installation, maintenance, and support of application/source code and third-party components; detecting, diagnosing, reporting problems, analyzing and resolving incidents or known errors related to application; supporting software failures; assisting programming staff in analyzing application software changes, performance, and resource usage; maintaining comprehensive documentation for application software support; offering 24-hour support for applications and supporting software; providing consultations to internal users on software capabilities and usage; working with Java, Spring boot applications, and Elastic services; and participating in project support, disaster recovery planning, operational reporting, product monitoring, application security, and change management, including on-call support. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and two (2) years of experience in the above listed skills.
