RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Business Systems Analyst:Responsibilities:* In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will analyze user requests and business systems to define changes and deliverables* Document requirements and formulate systems aligning with business strategies* Create user cases and technical design requirements from business needs* Assist in developing business cases and recommend solutions for system challenges* Communicate and collaborate proactively with team and partners* Participate in testing and writing QA test cases* Assess processes to mitigate risks and identify future issues* The Business Systems Analyst will maintain system protocols and prepare technical reports* Other related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:* Strong skills in process documentation and mapping* Familiarity with design methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)* Project management and technology solution implementation skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence* Strong analytical and collaboration skills* Excellent communication and presentation abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentialityThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
