  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity for a team of technical support specialists, ensuring smooth daily operation.
  • 2-5 years of previous on-site IT hardware stockroom with some deskside technical support experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person?
  • Imaging of laptops and desktops
  • Data wipe of Hard Drives
  • Hardware retrieval
  • Hardware preparation for deskside team
  • Basic stock room duties as assigned
  • Inventory of equipment
  • Familiar with windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • A plus, but not required with varying degrees of problem determination and resolution for desktop hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity performing Installs, Moves, Adds and Change (IMAC) activities as well as data backup and restore.
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person (great customer service)
  • Ability to follow work direction and be flexible and adapt in a fluid support environmentThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -

    $43,080 to $77,400based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California:$47,280 to $92,760 Colorado: $43,080 to $77,400 New York City: $51,600 to $92,760 Washington: $47,280 to $84,960 Washington DC:$47,280 to $84,960 This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
