IT Procurement Systems Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Procurement Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Drive technical transition and system enhancements while serving as a liaison between technical teams and business partners
Produce functional and technical specifications and conduct technical analysis for moderately complex to complex projects
Facilitate communication between technical and business units to ensure optimal project outcomes and continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience analyzing information systems
Experience in coding and understanding technical specifications
Health Care Industry experience or knowledge preferred
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with flowcharting and document management software
