Review purchaserequest for supplies and services under 5K to ensure accuracy andcompleteness of the request and to verify funds availability, checkrequired and mandatory sources of supply. Determine whether to orderusing the purchase card, an existing contract or an open marketpurchase order.Assign NAF Purchase cards which include responsibility day to daytransaction by tracking transaction using purchase card on-linesystem and monthly statements to reconcile transactions.Prepare purchase orders and delivery orders for approval andsignature by the Contracting Officer. Provide procurementassistance to co-workers, requestors vendor set up.Prepare and distribute contracting correspondence, and policyinformation to all appropriate parties.
