Job Description:

Role: Call Center Agent ( Remote) General Duties and Tasks -- Receives calls from citizens looking to schedule, confirm and inquire about their COVID-19 Vaccine. -- Collect and record information as required into the scheduling application. -- Provide citizens with information and FAQs on what is required of them to properly fulfill their request to receive the vaccine as well as any additional follow-up necessary if a 2nd dose is required. -- Follow a script to inform citizens about the exact process required of them to receive their vaccine. -- Escalate issues to Leads or State Staff designated as required. -- Maintain daily contact with supervisor Support Requirements -- Eight hours a day, five days a week, supporting one of two Shifts, on one of two Schedules: o Shifts o Shift A - 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST o Shift B - 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST o Schedules o Schedule A - Monday thru Friday o Schedule B - Wednesday thru SundayJob Requirements:Position Requirements: 1. Must maintain ownership of 2017 or newer laptop or desktop with minimum configuration: -- Windows 10 / macOS 10.xx -- Recent edition of MS Office -- Email Address -- Private internet connection (high speed preferred) -- McAfee or similar internet security software -- Headphones 2. Prior Call Center services support a bonus but not required. 3. Minimum of high school diploma. Advanced studies preferred. 4. Clear and concise verbal command of the English language a must. 5. Basic computer working knowledge, including ability to resolve simple issues associated with device usage (i.e. reboot, internet connections, sending and receiving emails, sending and receiving phone calls via internet, etc.). 6.
