THIS IS REMOTE BUT MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA Description:THIS IS THE BROKER ROLE.A person in this role will be support various health plans with their insurance sales.They will be appointed to different carriers (BCBS, Humana, UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna) and will be responsible for a consultative sales process to potential clients. The goal is for the broker to be licensed in all 50 states.The role is a consultative sale, following up on warm leads, etc.This person needs to be able to present and explain various options to each potential client.Comfortable working on the phone all day.Skills:215, 240, health, agent, life, insurance, salesTop Skills Details:215, 240, salesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Work Experience Required: -215 License (Life, Health, and Annuities)-240 License (Health)*Either a 215 or 240 License is acceptable*-1-2 Years Sales Experience-High school Diploma or GEDDesired:-Healthcare Sales Experience-Understanding the Healthcare sales cycleBEST FIT QUESTIONS:- Job tenure and reasoning for leaving jobs - What types of goals or expectations did you have in your role?
