experienced and proactive Sales Manager to drive forward continued
growth across our unsecured Lending products. In this role you will
play an instrumental role in attracting new members to our products
to support the company's growth objectives. You will lead a team of
leaders and exempt individual contributors, all working towards
funding and funnel conversion goals. You will also collaborate with
Business Unit, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Analytics to
test and evaluate new programs and tools to help us reach our
aggressive goals faster and more efficiently.What You'll Do
- Hire, train, develop and lead a team of Sales Specialists
focused on new Member acquisition and applications funnel
optimization.
- Independently manage high-performing associate managers and
individual contributors
- Work as a supportive coach to build your team's careers and
skill sets
- Identify the appropriate metrics to measure success, and
first-rate member experience, at all levels of the sales team and
incorporate them into scorecards and policies.
- Address special member circumstances and problems as they
arise
- Test and iterate on quarterly experiments to drive up lead
conversion and generate new leads.
- Work with data analytics to ensure we fully understand
performance of experiments and ongoing campaigns.
- Manage projects which improve policy, process, reporting, or
system requests for increased efficiency, sales effectiveness, and
improved member experiences
- Liaise with business partners on behalf of members, associates,
and the company to identify opportunities for continuous
improvement with standard operating procedures, technology, and
policy through full understanding of systems, tools, and
procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or
requestedWhat You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years experience managing managers or equivalent experience
required
- 5+ years of general management experience or equivalent
experience required
- 10+ years experience in B2C Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics or
other relevant area
- Experience supporting the launch of new programs and
initiatives. Experience collaborating with and influencing Product
and Engineering teams is a must
- Experience hiring, training, motivating, and coaching
- World-class communication, analytical and problem solving
skills
- Ability to navigate through ambiguityNice To Have
- MBA preferred
- Experience and comfort working with and manipulating large
datasets. Time spent as a data analyst preferred. Why you'll love
