Job Description:

This is an entry-level sales role, no experience required - we will train you with everything you need to succeed!

The primary goal of this role is to acquire long-term donors for our non-profit partners. This is a job where you can make good money while making a difference.

Successful team members will be quickly promoted to our Training Manager role, where you're training others. managing your team, and you're on a fast track to further promotion, up to and including learning how to manage your own business within 1 - 2 years!

Responsibilities include:

- speaking with members of the public to educate them on our non-profit partner's work
- encouraging and helping people sign up to give ongoing monthly donations
- training and developing members of your team
- interacting with store management to ensure good community relationships

We're looking for responsible people with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. This is a full-time, in-person job.

No sales experience is required - we will train you on the process and give you the tools you need.
