Responsibilities:
--- Conduct 2-4 in-person appointments daily for the purpose of purchasing properties.
--- In cases where appointments are not pre-scheduled, take the initiative to generate your own using warm leads from our CRM.
--- Promptly respond to and capitalize on sales leads.
--- Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM system.
--- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential home sellers.
--- Seamlessly transition from phone interactions to in-person house-buying appointments.
--- Navigate the local real estate market with confidence.
--- Continuously engage in personal and professional development.
--- Attend essential meetings and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.
--- Manage associated administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
--- Demonstrated excellence in communication and negotiation skills.
--- Minimum of 2 years of exceptional performance in a sales.
--- Experience in transitioning from phone sales to in-person presentations.
--- Possession of a Real Estate license is considered a plus.
--- A high School Diploma is required;
--- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
