Regional Sales Leader Job Description
Lead a team of sales professionals in Jacksonville, FL, driving business results, attracting new customers, and growing existing relationships through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities.
  
• Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans, managing risk and driving quality for new and/or existing clients.
  
• Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, enhancing the client experience.
  
• Develop team members, monitoring progress against individual goals, and motivating and developing staff to acquire top talent and manage performance-based issues.
  
• Coach team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk and lead others on credit requests.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • University/college degree, with higher education desirable.
    
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
    
  • Strong knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
