Sales Trainer – Integrated Security SafeTouch Security, a

Job Summary: The Sales Trainer will be a dynamic individual
supporting the development of our sales consultants (inside and
outside sales) and other roles. The Sales Trainer will develop and
enhance our training curriculum, ensuring our employees have the
product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
needed to succeed. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, deliver,
and implement comprehensive training programs, including initial
product and services training and ongoing skills development, to
ensure all employees acquire the skills and develop the required
organizational competencies to meet SafeTouch objectives. -
Facilitates training needs identification and analysis, prepares
training calendar, content design, related vendor development, and
distribution strategies. - Leads efforts in researching, planning,
organizing, and conducting organizational training programs for new
technologies. - Train our employees on product features, system
capabilities, pricing, promotions, and installation processes. -
Conduct field coaching to observe, mentor, and reinforce best
practices in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales. - Create
training materials, presentations, and role-play scenarios to
enhance learning and retention. - Provide training on Salesforce
and other CRM tools, tracking and reporting systems. - Assess
training effectiveness through observation, testing and feedback,
while continuously improving our training programs. - Collaborate
with Sales leadership, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources to
align training initiatives with business goals and market trends. -
Stay current on industry developments, competitor offerings, and
evolving customer needs. - Promote and maintain a safe work
environment. - Perform additional duties as required to support
business needs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
experience in a related field. - 3 years of experience in outside
and inside sales in security systems (residential and commercial),
telecommunications, construction, or home services industries. - At
least one year of experience in training, coaching, or sales
leadership role. - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Suite. Salesforce experience is preferred. - Strong understanding
of sales processes, customer acquisition, and territory management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team. - Pass a
drug screen and background check. - Safety first mindset. - Valid
driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance
requirements. - Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include
automobile liability and property damage coverage. - Reliable
transportation. - Bilingual is a plus. Physical Requirements: -
Work both inside and outside. - Remain stationary at a desk,
standing, and moving from place to place for prolonged periods. -
Move equipment and materials up to 25 pounds. - Observe details at
close range. - Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and
present information. - Read documents and presentations using
electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with
others. - Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone,
in writing, and electronically. - Communicate clearly and
articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so
others will understand. - Drive to work, client sites, and as
business needs require. - Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or
both. - Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed. - Bend, crouch,
and reach to take counts and measurements. Job Type: Full-time,
exempt Work/Base Location: Hybrid, Jacksonville Corporate
Headquarters Work Hours/Availability: 9 am to 6 pm Monday through
Friday Travel: Up to 50% Pay Range: $80 – 110k Benefits: -
