Job Description:

B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a dedicated Infusion Care Specialist I to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on promoting our advanced infusion systems and products that contribute to B. Brauns mission of reducing preventable treatment errors and enhancing safety. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving product adoption, expanding our market presence, and ultimately improving patient outcomes through effective collaboration with healthcare providers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to promote infusion products. Educate clinicians, nursing staff, and other medical professionals on the proper use and benefits of B. Braun infusion systems to facilitate optimal patient care. Identify and target new sales opportunities through effective market analysis and strategic planning. Provide onsite demonstrations and support for B. Braun products, ensuring that healthcare providers are confident in their use. Attend industry conferences and workshops to remain current with the latest healthcare trends and updates in infusion technology. Coordinate with the sales team to develop specific strategies for territory and account management. Collect and analyze feedback from customers to guide future sales strategies and product developments. Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of infusion technology and related medical devices. Medical Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently. Certification in Medical Device Sales or a related certificate is preferred.
