Job Title: Account Executive - Outside Sales Location: Jacksonville, Florida A nationwide leader in light industrial staffing is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand, build new client relationships, and drive revenue in the industrial staffing industry. Compensation & Benefits. $65 000k - $75 000k (Base Salary Commission Structure) Performance Bonuses and KPI-driven incentives. Prospect and acquire new clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries. Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through account management. Build consultative relationships focused on understanding and solving client staffing needs. Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations. Travel daily to meet prospects, close deal,s and maintain client relationships. Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to leadership. Requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven B2B outside sales experience with a track record of success. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Ability to travel between client sites and the office. Preferred. Sales experience in logistics, manufacturing or staffing industry. Outside B2B Sales experience. Understanding or margin management and sales metrics. Employment is contigent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
