Inside Sales Representative We are an innovative industry-leading direct response marketing company seeking Inside Sales Representatives to add to our growing team.There is no cold calling. You'll only work with pre-screened qualified customers and leads! As an Inside Sales Representative it will be your responsibility to provide a \"best-in-class customer experience\" through positive, professional and informative interactions while engaging withcustomers on the phone. Your success will come from effective listening, developing effective rapport, gathering information, answering questions, accurately documenting data, providingappropriate training program solutions, and confirming customer purchases. Education requirements High school diploma or GED May have enrolled or completed associate's or bachelor s degree program Experience requirements At least 1 year of phone sales or call center experience. At least 1 year of experience with business development in appointment or lead generation.
