Job Description:

ChenMed is seeking a dedicated Medical Manager to oversee the provision of specialized care to seniors with complex health conditions across our network of clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality medical services while managing the operations of their assigned facilities. Key duties include strategic planning, team leadership, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of patient care practices. Direct and oversee the delivery of healthcare services across multiple clinics. Manage clinical operations to ensure treatment quality and cost efficiency. Implement policies that comply with medical and professional standards. Lead, recruit, and train a team of healthcare professionals. Collaborate with healthcare staff to plan and implement comprehensive health programs for patients. Regularly evaluate new medical technologies and techniques to enhance patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior management on clinic performance. Proven leadership and management abilities in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and operational management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial plans. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Manager (CMM) preferred. Valid state medical license.
