Monitor and evaluate patients in the observation unit, ensuring optimal patient care and safety. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Respond to medical emergencies within the unit and provide immediate care. Participate in continuous education to keep up with the latest in healthcare standards and innovations. Proficient in clinical skills with an ability to handle high-stress situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Capable of critical thinking and swift decision-making Emotional resilience and stability in handling challenging patient situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
