Responsibilities Assists supervisor in managing the daily operations of the specimen collection and processing. Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor. Functions as a Phlebotomist when not performing supervisory duties (90%). Qualifications • High School diploma required, at minimum • Minimum of two years in clinical type setting is required. Experience must be strong in Phlebotomy Management or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent people skills a must. *Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; Also, this position DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. Foreign trained lab personnel provide a detailed equivalency High School evaluation to include US equivalent degree at the applicants expense.
