Job Description:
A company is looking for a Defense & Government Travel
Consultant II (experienced).
Key Responsibilities
Create and complete travel arrangements for domestic and
international travel
Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations and
resolving moderately complex travel issues
Work in a hybrid role, managing both phone calls and off-phone
tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of industry experience, including corporate and/or
government travel counseling
Contact center experience and experience issuing airline tickets
preferred
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and GDS, preferably
Sabre
